Car Insurance MINI (Car Insurance). Can my husband take my motorcycle if its in my name?

Can my husband take my motorcycle if its in my name? I bought a motorcycle for my husband when he gets out of prison. He gets out in a few days and said he was going to take the bike and ride out. Can he do that? The tag and title is in my name.

If the former, even if he did take the bike, he can't license it himself in his own name nor can he sell it. Even if you add him to the title and it's Jane "and" John Doe, neither of you can sell the bike without the other person signing the title as well. Not that way with Jane "or" John Doe though. Sounds like to me you need to store the bike in a secure place, such as a bike dealer. You'll pay storage but if you tell them that no one but yourself is to remove the bike and he comes and tries to take it, they're going to call the cops. If they let an unauthorized person simply walk out with someone else's bike, they are liable and they're not going to do that.

Background
The function of the carburetor is to provide a rich fuel/air mixture to the engine.
